We just finished a study on I John.  It was incredible!  We touched on the deceivers that are distorting the word of God in John's time, but in our world as well.  There are many antichrists (standing against the truths of God's Word)!  They are causing people today to doubt God's love, goodness, mercy and grace, and feeding the masses lies that come from Satan himself.

 

The battle field on which we fight is in our minds.  Are we going to stand on the truths of God's Word or are we going to listen to the lies of Satan?  He is actively bombarding our minds with wrong thoughts and subtle lies about who God is and who we are in Him.  Join us as we learn to pick up our swords and enter the battle standing firm in God's strength.  The war is raging all around us.  Grounding ourselves in His truth will keep us from getting swept away in the deluge.

 

We will follow this study with another called, "Lord, Heal My Hurts."  I believe these two are closely related!  Satan will tear us down by trapping us in our past, keeping us bound by unforgiveness, and feeding us the lies that our past mistakes define us. 

 

We have been made new creations in Christ (II Cor 5:17; Eph 4:23-24; Col 3:10).  We have died to self and put on the Lord Jesus Christ - to be clothed in His righteousness - so that we can walk in the newness of life (Ro 6:4)

Join us as we begin our studies on Monday, January 12, from 6:00-8:00 PM at the PTC in Black Hat, NM.  You can also join us via Zoom by letting us know you would like to be part of the class, so we can send you invitations.

There is no charge for this class since we will not be printing any workbooks.  The only homework will be assignments in class to help you put into action concepts learned in class.
